![]() I tried to organize up when I first got the manager position and ended up stopping since I got attitudes for making changes.Īll in all, its a great job if you can handle all of the stress and aren't looking to - more. They are also all extremely lazy, as the place ends up disgusting and uncared for. The amount of rumors that appear and nasty attitudes the other managers and staff give you becomes overwhelmingly annoying after a while. The other managers give you sass and talk smack behind your back to the floor staff, though they won't speak to you about fixing your mistakes face to face. I became a manager after almost 4 years and the pay raise (my first raise since starting, a bit more than a dollar) wasn't worth the disrespect you received. They will try to force you out without firing you because they can't without proper reasoning. ![]() If you aren't favored among most of the workers there, you will get (if you're lucky) one shift a week. The managers pick favorites and give those who are favored more hours. Absolutely no one, not even the managers, has respect for one another. Once you first start working, the place seems like a mini high school. They have every right to complain though, since the big corporate guys don't have any ambition or motivation to fix the theater I was located in (Westbrook) and the prices are ridiculously high. The complaints from consumers can get very overwhelming, which seems to be every other person that walks in. Recommended Reviews - Marquee Cinemas - Highlands 14 Map 150 Sims Cir.
